Andrew D. Linenberg, Esq., of Cooper Levenson, will be part of a panel presentation on mediation on February 11, 2015, 4:30-6:45 p.m. at the County Office Building, 3rd Floor, Courtroom 2, Mt. Holly, N.J. The program, “How to Make the Most of Mediation: Superior Court & Special Education Matters” is sponsored by the Burlington County Bar Association (BCBA)’s CDR/ADR Committee. The program has been approved for Continuing Legal Education credit in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Cost is $40 for BCBA members, $70 for non-member attorneys, $10 for paralegals and free to law students, Burlington County law clerks and judges. Continuing education credits in Pennsylvania are available for an additional $13 fee. Deadline for registration is February 9.
