Andrew Ross has joined Cooper Levenson, Attorneys at Law, the firm announced today. Mr. Ross is based in the firm’s New York City office. He concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning for individuals and families, estate and trust administration, estates litigation, tax-exempt organizations and tax controversy and planning.
Mr. Ross speaks conversational Spanish. He is admitted to practice in:

- United States District Court for Eastern District New York
- United States District Court for Southern District New York
- United States Tax Court

In addition to his extensive work with estate planning and estate and trust administration, Mr. Ross establishes and advises tax-exempt organizations. In his over 30-year legal career, he has handled Will contests, contested accounting proceedings, and all aspects of trusts and estates litigation, including pleadings, discovery, trials, motions and appeals. Mr. Ross also handles United States Tax Court litigation.
Mr. Ross earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and English from Columbia University, his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School, and his LL.M. in Taxation from Boston University School of Law.
