San Francisco, Calif. – April 7, 2015 – Cooper Levenson’s Lloyd D. Levenson and Lynne Levin Kaufman will share New Jersey’s experience in iGaming at the upcoming Global iGaming Summit (GiGse) in San Francisco, Calif., at the Hyatt Regency, April 20-22, 2015. The firm also serves as Legal and Regulatory Advisor at the conference.
The 2015 GiGse conference will explore the latest developments in iGaming, regulatory and marketing challenges. The conference lineup puts iGaming into context with speakers who can offer their insight, data and experiences in their states.
Lloyd D. Levenson, CEO of Cooper Levenson, will give the Chairman’s opening remarks on Monday, April 20, at 9 a.m. He also will moderate a panel, “Dissecting New Jersey,” that same day from 12 noon to 12:50 p.m. The initial panel will explore a variety of issues including:
- When will the market mature and stabilize, and start delivering substantial profit?
- What’s to blame for poor performance: payments, geo-location, marketing, consumer awareness?
- What is the REAL impact of online on land-based casino visitation and on the players’ lifetime value?

The key take-aways from the session will serve as the basis for the Open Space session scheduled from 2:15 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., titled “iGaming Stream Open Space: Regulation, Policy & Public Awareness,” which will evaluate how the experiences in Nevada, New Jersey and Delaware indicate the future of regulation across U.S. states. Barriers to entry, bankruptcy provisions, and interstate gaming will be among the topics discussed.
Lynne Levin Kaufman, partner at Cooper Levenson, will moderate a panel on Tuesday, April 21, at 12 noon, titled, “Re-assessing the investment appetite for iGaming. Are social gaming and fantasy sports stealing the thunder?” Topics to be addressed include:
