Cooper Levenson partner Brittany Bonetti served as a panelist at the 6th Annual New Jersey State Bar Association Cannabis and Psychedelics Symposium on April 30, 2024.
The panel, entitled “Litigation Update: Keeping the Lights On” discussed cases filed throughout the State and beyond concerning the cannabis and hemp industries – and how to avoid getting sued. Ms. Bonetti was joined on the panel by Joshua S. Bauchner, Esq., Ronald P. Mondello, Esq., and Rosemarie Moyeno Matos.
The New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education presented the program in cooperation with the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Cannabis and Psychedelics Law Special Committee. The program also included elements on ethics, dispensary operations and finance planning, monetizing client’s innovations on a national scale, a hemp update, a litigation update and the newest and hottest topic in regulated substances law – psychedelics.
