Cooper Levenson partners Jill Ojserkis and Brittany Bonetti presented “Physician Fair Hearings: A Case Study” for the New Jersey State Association of Medical Staff Services on April 19, 2024. As part of the presentation, the attorneys conducted portions of a mock fair hearing and a mock medical executive committee meeting in which the audience, consisting of medical staff professionals, acted as members of the Medical Executive and Fair Hearing committees.
