Atlantic City, N.J. – April 2, 2015 -Jill T. Ojserkis, Esq., a partner at Cooper Levenson, will speak at the 22nd Annual Education Conference for The New Jersey State Association Medical Staff Services (NJSAMSS) held at Bally’s Atlantic City, Park Place and the Boardwalk, Atlantic City, N.J., April 23-24, 2015.
Ojserkis will present two sessions on Thursday, April 23. From 2:45-3:45 p.m., she will speak on the topic of Negligent Credentialing and, from 3:45-4:30 p.m., she will present the results of her wide ranging survey on the topic of Current Medical Staff Services Practices in New Jersey . Attendees will receive continuing education credits for attending the presentations.
Ojserkis is Chair of the Healthcare Law Practice Group. She is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell in Healthcare and was named to the 2013, 2014 and 2015 New Jersey Super Lawyer lists, a Thomson Reuters business, in Healthcare Law.
Although she maintains a general healthcare practice, she concentrates on medical staff/physician relations, transactional matters including managed care and technology, and governance issues for hospitals and medical staffs.
