Nick Talvacchia To Moderate Panel At Mayor’s Economic Development Forum Feb. 28th

Nicholas Talvacchia, partner at Cooper Levenson Attorneys at Law has been chosen to moderate the private sector Developer’s Panel at Mayor Don Guardian’s First Annual Economic Development Forum on Friday, February 28, 2014 at the Sheraton Atlantic City, 2 Convention Blvd., Atlantic City, N.J.

The Economic Development Forum will bring together leaders from the public and private sectors to discuss and highlight opportunities for area growth and development, including available incentive programs and innovative approaches to driving the area’s business expansion and diversification.

The Developers Panel, scheduled from 2:20 p.m. to 3:15 p.m., will highlight newly announced development projects and potential new developments in Atlantic City. Expected panelists include representatives from The Conifer Group, Boraie Development and Procida Companies, LLC. As Chairman of the Land Use practice group at Cooper Levenson, Talvacchia will bring a special expertise as moderator. He has extensive experience in the approval, financing and construction of residential and commercial development projects throughout New Jersey. He also represents many local developers and individuals in obtaining land use approvals for both residential and commercial projects.
