Earlier today, January 16, 2018, the Nevada Tax Commission adopted permanent regulations pertaining to oversight and regulation of Nevada’s marijuana industry (both retail and medicinal).
In response to hours of public comment the Commission acknowledged that there is still work to be done on the regulations and advised interested parties to work with the Department to ensure that industry, patient and consumer concerns are addressed.
