As you all are aware, the U.S. Internet gaming (“iGaming”) debate is no longer a hypothetical one, nor is the question of whether a federal bill will pass before state-by-state regulation occurs. While the latest attempts to pass a federal iGaming bill failed, and although several federal iGaming bills have been proposed since then, gamblers in Nevada, Delaware, and New Jersey have begun real-money betting on-line.
