New Jersey 30-Day Fund: $3,000 Forgivable Loans to Small Businesses by Newly Formed Non-Profit by Former Governor Christie

Former Governor Chris Christie and former First Lady Mary Pat Christie started a nonprofit organization, New Jersey 30-Day Fund, to help small businesses in New Jersey.

The New Jersey 30-Day Fund will award $3,000 in forgivable loans to small businesses in New Jersey.  To qualify for the loan the business must meet the following criteria:

  • 3 to 30 employees
  • New Jersey based
  • Operating for at least one year
  • Owned and operated by a New Jersey resident

Applicants will need to submit a short video about the business and the employees.

Approval will take three days, and funds will be immediately transferred.

Repayment is optional, and any funds repaid will go back into the New Jersey 30-Day Fund to be distributed to another small business.
