Cooper Levenson is pleased to announce that Andre Marques has joined the firm. Marques will work in the firm’s Las Vegas office, in the Defense Litigation Practice Group.
Marques comes to the firm from ActionCoach North America, where he served as Legal Counsel. There, in addition to drafting and negotiating diverse commercial agreements, Marques oversaw business compliance with applicable international and U. S. federal, state, and local regulations. He also coordinated external counsel registration of all trademark issues. Marques served as a law clerk for Maier Gutierrez Ayon PLLC. He also worked as an intern at the Clark County District Attorney’s office and as an extern to Hon. Timothy C. Williams.
Prior to law school, Marques was a licensed banker and held a FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) Series 7 license.

Marques graduated from Bowling Green State University with a B.S. in Business Administration. He graduated from The University of Nevada, Las Vegas with an MBA, and from the William S. Boyd School of Law with a J.D. He is licensed to practice in Nevada. He is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, the American Bar Association, the Clark County Bar Association, the National Bar Association, and the International Franchise Association.
Marques is fluent in French and is a resident of Las Vegas, Nev.
