Kimberly Maxson-Rushton is a partner based in Cooper Levenson’s Las Vegas, Nevada office. Active in the U.S. gaming industry, Maxson-Rushton is also the Executive Director and General Counsel for the Livery Operator’s Association of Las Vegas and a leader in Nevada’s marijuana industry. She formerly served in the Clark County District Attorney’s Office, in the Attorney General’s Office, and the Nevada Gaming Commission. She was Chairman of Nevada’s Transportation Services Authority. Joseph C. Craig Panholzer was recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America in the area of Tax Law. Craig Panholzer is an associate in the firm and a member of the Tax and Business Law Practice Groups. He is based in the Fort Lauderdale office. Prior to joining Cooper Levenson, Craig served as an intern with the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce as well as a congressional intern for Congressman Patrick Murphy of Florida’s 18th Congressional District. Craig is admitted to practice in all State Courts in the State of Florida. Craig graduated cum laude from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida with a bachelor of arts and science degree in political science.
