Baltimore, Maryland: July 23, 2017 – Yolanda N. Melville, @millenniallawAC, served as a panelist at the 108th annual convention of the NAACP at the Baltimore Convention Center on July 22-26, 2017.
The NAACP is the nation’s oldest and largest civil rights organization. Yolanda presented a CLE program with H. Clay Smith, III, Assistant Disciplinary Counsel for the D.C. Bar, on the “Pitfalls of Solo/Small Firm Practitioners.” She provided insight regarding issues encountered by new attorneys, such as social media marketing and effective communication with clients.
