John Talvacchia, a partner in the law firm of Cooper Levenson, will speak at the 26th annual Medical Malpractice Update, presented by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education with the New Jersey State Bar Association Medical Malpractice Committee on Nov. 5. The seminar will be held at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick, N.J.
Talvacchia will speak at 10:20 a.m. on “What is the latest on Scafidi, “but for”, “substantial factor” – what you need to know.”
