Brittany Bonetti is an associate in the Cooper Levenson’s Healthcare and Cannabis Law practice groups. She assists hospitals and health systems, medical staffs, individual physicians and physician groups in business and regulatory legal matters of all types, helping them navigate complicated healthcare regulations such as Stark, Fraud and Abuse, Anti-Kickback and state regulatory concerns. Bonetti was recently appointed to the New Jersey State Bar Association Cannabis Law Committee. She authored “Physician Considerations for Participating in State Medical Cannabis Programs, a chapter in Health Care and the Business of Cannabis, a practical guide to be published by the American Health Law Association. She has been named to the SJ Magazine “Top Attorneys List” in Health Care law in 2018 through 2021, and was named to the Thomson Reuters 2021 New Jersey Super Lawyers® Rising Stars list.
Nicholas Sansone is a partner in the firm and concentrates his practice in the area of civil litigation defense, where he focuses on matters involving construction defect claims, premises liability, motor vehicle claims, commercial liability, and discrimination. Sansone’s clients include public entities, self-insureds, and insurance carriers. He has extensive trial experience throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Nicholas has obtained numerous defense verdicts, and has been a key figure in establishing the laws in regard to arbitration conduct at the appellate level in Pennsylvania. He has served the community in many roles, including as President of Chestnut Hill West’s ice hockey program and as a board member for the South Jersey Ice Hockey League.
