Summary: | On December 15, 2014, the New Jersey Assembly approved broader disclosure requirements for companies that experience data breaches in an attempt to better protect consumers from identity theft. Companies such as JPMorgan Chase, TD Bank, N.A., Home Depot Corp., Kmart Corp. and Neiman Marcus Group Ltd.
