Lynne Levin Kaufman to speak at the American Bar Association (ABA) Business Law Section Spring Meeting April 9 in Montreal

Montreal, Canada – Lynne Levin Kaufman, Esq. a partner in the law firm of Cooper Levenson, will speak at the American Bar Association (ABA) Business Law Section Spring Meeting in Montreal, Canada on Sat. Apr. 9.

Kaufman will chair and moderate the panel “Is it Gambling or just a Fantasy (League): The Latest Legal Developments in the Multi-Billion Daily Fantasy Debate, presented by the Gaming Law Committee. The panel is designed to provide essential gaming law updates to attorneys who practice in other areas of law.

Kaufman is the Vice Chair of the American Bar Association Gaming Law Committee. She practices in all aspects of casino law, including licensure, equipment approval, administrative proceedings and financing for casinos, gaming suppliers, gaming industry vendors and clients worldwide. Her experience includes nine years as Corporate Counsel for a major Atlantic City casino and extensive legal work in connection with the opening and operation of casinos in Mississippi and Louisiana.
