Jarad K. Stiles Joins Cooper Levenson

Jarad Stiles Head IMG_9853ss.jpgJarad K. Stiles, Esq., LL.M. has joined the Tax and Estate Practice Group at Cooper Levenson as an associate. Jarad will work in the firm’s Atlantic City and Cherry Hill offices, primarily on estate and corporate tax planning and administration, tax litigation, and related matters.

“Jarad’s extensive hands-on experience in elder law, coupled with his advanced certification in tax law, is a wonderful complement to our team,” said Robert E. Salad, President of the firm and Chairman of the Tax, Business and Estate Practice Group. “We look forward to the contributions that he will bring to the firm.”

Previously, Stiles was an associate at Robinson & Robinson, LLC in Millville, N.J., where he created a new practice group specializing in trusts and estates, asset protection, tax controversy, special needs planning and elder law. Among his major accomplishments was gaining guardianship for a client with approximately $2.2 million in dispute. He also resolved tax compliance issues to maintain a foundation’s 501 (c)(3) status, and advised clients on comprehensive estate and asset protection plans limiting state, local and federal tax liability.

Stiles resides in Deptford, N.J. He holds a J.D./LL.M. degree in Taxation from the Washington University School of Law, St. Louis, Mo., where he was senior editor of the Journal of Jurisprudence Review. He earned a B.B.A. degree in Finance and a B.A. degree in Government from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Va. He is admitted to the bar in New Jersey and New York.
