Diversity Program Discusses Implicit Bias In The Workplace

Atlantic City, N.J. February 25, 2016 -Chairperson of the Burlington County Bar Association Diversity Leadership Committee, moderated a panel on implicit bias in the workplace. Speakers discussed how to recognize implicit bias, the impact it may have, and best practices for mitigating bias and promoting inclusion in the legal profession. The program was sponsored by the Burlington County Bar Association’s Diversity & Leadership Committee and was held in Mt. Holly, N.J. on Feb. 23, 2016.
