MOUNT HOLLY – They undertook the sometimes grueling coursework of law school and went on to pass the bar exam.
After taking oaths to practice with integrity in New Jersey and the U.S. District Court, 20 young men and women were sworn in during a ceremony at the county’s historic courthouse on High Street.
“Make no mistake, no profession is more honorable than the law. You will defend our Constitution, protect our liberty, and advocate for just causes,” Burlington County Superior Court Judge Susan L. Claypoole, of the Criminal Division, told them.
