Cooper Levenson’s Education Attorneys to speak at the New Jersey School Business Officials (NJASBO) Webinar Nov. 17

Cooper Levenson attorneys William S. Donio and Amy Houck Elco will speak at a New Jersey School Business Officials (NJASBO) webinar, scheduled  from  10:00 a.m. – noon on Nov. 17.

William S. Donio and Amy Houck Elco will focus on workplace environments, what is considered a hostile work environment, and affirmative action issues. They will review legal standards, ethical implications, discuss real world scenarios, and develop suggested best practices and approaches.

Attendees can earn two CPE credits, one in Business Law and one in Taxation, and two QPA credits, one in Office Admin and one in Ethics. In order to receive CPE and QPA credits you must sign in and remain in the webinar for the entire program.  There will be at least one Poll during the session and a Survey at the end of the session. You must reply to the Poll and the Survey to receive your credits.   The Certificates will be posted in your Profile on the NJASBO website under Professional Development.
