Cooper Levenson Welcomes Summer Associates

Cooper Levenson welcomed three summer associates to the firm’s Atlantic City office on June 7, 2022.

Nicholas (Nick) Droboniku Jr. is a rising 3L at Rutgers Law School – Newark, where he is currently a member of the Rutgers Entertainment, Arts, and Sports Law Society. His legal focus is currently business law, but he looks forward to exploring the many practice areas that Cooper Levenson offers.

Nick grew up in Northfield, New Jersey, and attended Mainland Regional High School just minutes away from Atlantic City.   Nick attended Gettysburg College for one year and later finished his bachelor’s degree at Stockton University, majoring in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Homeland Security. In his free time, Nick enjoys going to the beach, golfing, and watching sports.

Alexander (Alex) Del Vecchio is a rising 3L at Rutgers Law Camden, where he currently serves as Treasurer of the Student Bar Association and is a staff editor on the Journal of Law and Public Policy. He spent the previous semester interning at the Office of Governor’s Counsel in Trenton, New Jersey. Alex attended The Catholic University of America as an undergrad, attaining a BA in Political Science while minoring in Philosophy and History.

Alex has spent countless summers in the Atlantic City area.  He is interested in a wide variety of practice areas ranging from Real Estate and Land Use to Gaming Law and Regulation. Alex looks forward to his experience at Cooper Levenson and is excited to learn from its experienced attorneys.

Originally from Lambertville, New Jersey, Alex is currently running unopposed to serve as the Democratic Committeepersons for his local ward.

Jordan Dunbar  is a rising 3L at Rutgers Law School – Camden.  Jordan currently serves as Vice President of the Black Law Students Association, is a Trial Advocacy Research Assistant for Professor John Lore, and is member of the Minority Students Program. She also served as a Teacher’s Assistant for Civil Procedure.  Her legal focus centers around corporate governance and securities regulation in addition to pro bono work. While in law school Jordan has volunteered in bankruptcy clinics, divorce clinics, disability law clinics, and is a current volunteer law clerk for the Christian Legal Clinics of Philadelphia.

Jordan is a graduate of American University, where in May 2019, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Justice, Law and Criminology with a minor in Chinese language. During her third year at American, Jordan studied abroad in Chengdu, China where she interned at Beijing Deheng Law Offices. Throughout her educational career Jordan has worked for various community service organizations serving as counselor, teacher, mentor, and tutor to local youth in New Jersey, Washington D.C., and Cape Town, South Africa. 

Jordan is a native of Charleston, South Carolina, but spent the majority of her life in Southern New Jersey where she currently resides. Jordan has always been committed to continuing her passion for dance. While her first love was ballet, Jordan branched out to modern and African dance in high school and college.
