Cooper Levenson Welcomes Partner Frank Menaquale

Frank P. Menaquale, Jr. has joined Cooper Levenson as a partner in the firm’s defense litigation practice group. Menaquale is located in Cooper Levenson’s Cherry Hill, N.J. office.

Menaquale has been a civil litigator since 1987. He defends companies and individuals in complex civil litigation matters in federal and state courts throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Menaquale practices in the areas of general litigation, automobile negligence, premises liability, products liability, NJ Title 59 claims, construction defects, insurance law, New Jersey Right to Farm act, property damage, professional negligence, real estate, wills and New Jersey Workers Compensation.

Previously, he served as the head of the legal department for the New Jersey School Boards Association Insurance Group from 1996-2000. There, he handled general liability and workers compensation claims for over 100 school boards throughout the State of New Jersey.

Menaquale serves as an Arbitrator for the Burlington County Superior Court. He has lectured at seminars for clients in the areas of insurance coverage and general liability. He is a graduate of USC-Coastal Carolina College and earned his J.D. from Western Michigan University-Thomas M. Cooley Law School.
