Cooper Levenson Welcomes Lauren Wright

Cooper Levenson is pleased to welcome Lauren Wright. Lauren, based in the firm’s Atlantic City office, is a member of the firm’s Casino & Hospitality Industry Defense Litigation Practice Group.

Lauren comes to the firm from her position as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Michael Blee P.J. Ch.

Lauren served as a Certified Legal Intern for the Philadelphia Legal Assistance Family Law Unit, where she represented clients in custody and relocation matters, as well as requests for Protection from Abuse Orders. She served as a summer law clerk for an Atlantic City law firm during the summers of 2017 and 2018. Lauren also assisted with the Campaign for Working Families Tax Clinic, and the Homeless Advocacy Project.

Lauren served as the Philanthropy Chair of the Women’s Law Society. She was also a member of the Alternative Dispute Team,  the Community Service Initiative, and served as a Leadership Fellows Mentor.

During her undergraduate years, Lauren was President of the Student Athletic Advisory Committee and served as the University Athletic Representative. She was an Old Dominion Women’s Rowing Team member all four years, was honored with the USA Spirit of Service Award in 2014 and 2015, named the Collegiate Rowing Coaches Association Scholar Athlete, and was an Endowed Scholarship Recipient from 2012-2016.

Lauren graduated Cum Laude from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Va.,with a Bachelor of Science in Parks, Recreation, and Tourism Studies with a Minor in Psychology. Lauren was awarded her Juris Doctor from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law – Philadelphia. She is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey.
