Lloyd D. Levenson is Chief Executive Officer of the firm and Chairman of the Casino & iGaming Law practice group, as well as of the Government Services and Cannabis Law Practice groups. He and the firm have been instrumental in developing and implementing all aspects of gaming law, including the newest developments in online or Internet gaming (igaming) law, sports wagering legal matters, mobile gaming matters, and parimutuel betting issues

Lynne Levin Kaufman is a partner at Cooper Levenson. She has been practicing gaming law full time since 1988. Kaufman advises clients on licensure, financings, casino acquisitions and sales, compliance, investigations, new game and gaming equipment approvals, public debt offerings, bank financings and periodic reporting. Her clients also depend on her to guide them in Internet gaming (igaming), sports betting, mobile gaming, parimutuel betting, skilled gaming, and promotional sweepstakes and contests.

Brittany Bonetti is an attorney in the firm’s in Cooper Levenson’s Healthcare and Cannabis Law practice groups. She assists hospitals and health systems, medical staffs, individual physicians and physician groups in business and regulatory legal matters of all types, helping them navigate complicated healthcare regulations such as Stark, Fraud and Abuse, Anti-Kickback and state regulatory concerns. Bonetti  co-authored a chapter on medical marijuana for the 2020 Health Law Handbook published by Thomson Reuters. The chapter, “Medical Marijuana: State and Federal Law Thickets and Practical Implications,” explores the federal and state guidance and laws on cannabis, and the status of hemp and CBD under the 2014 and 2018 Farm Bills.
