Kimberly Maxson-Rushton is a partner based in Cooper Levenson’s Las Vegas, Nevada office. Active in the U.S. gaming industry, Maxson-Rushton is also the Executive Director and General Counsel for the Livery Operator’s Association of Las Vegas and a leader in Nevada’s marijuana industry. She formerly served in the Clark County District Attorney’s Office, in the Attorney General’s Office, and the Nevada Gaming Commission. She was Chairman of Nevada’s Transportation Services Authority.
