Cooper Levenson Attorneys Named to NJ Super Lawyers* and Rising Stars* List

Five Cooper Levenson partners – Lewis B. April, Randolph C. Lafferty, Lloyd D. Levenson, Russell L. Lichtenstein and Jill T. Ojserkis were named to the 2015 New Jersey Super Lawyers list*, a designation awarded to just 5 percent of the lawyers in the state. In addition, Michael A. Gibson, Amy E. Rudley and Karen V. Vincent were named to the 2015 New Jersey Rising Stars list*. This designation is given to less than 2.5 percent of New Jersey attorneys who are 40 years old or younger, or who have been practicing for 10 years or less.

Lewis B. April is a founding member of Cooper Levenson and lead partner in the Personal Injury practice group.Lewis is Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney.

Michael A. Gibson is a partner in the firm and a member of the Personal Injury practice group, with a focus on construction and motor vehicle personal injury matters. In addition to his practice, Michael serves community, industry and business causes and groups.

Randolph C. Lafferty is a New Jersey Certified Civil Trial attorney. He practices primarily in the areas of civil, commercial and general litigation, but also works in personal injury, governmental law and insurance litigation.

Lloyd D. Levenson is Chief Executive Officer of Cooper Levenson and Chairman of its casino law practice group. Lloyd and the attorneys in his gaming practice group are at the forefront of the newest developments in online or Internet gaming (I-gaming) law, sports wagering legal matters, mobile gaming matters, and more.

Jill T. Ojserkis is partner in the firm and chair of the Healthcare Law Practice Group.
